Reason analysis of the loud noise of Intelligent pellet mill
Intelligent pellet mill has large vibration, high noise, and cause analysis of abnormal work
①Intelligent pellet mill may have a problem with a certain part of the bearing, causing the machine to run abnormally, and the working current will fluctuate. The working current is too high (stop the machine for inspection or replace the bearing).
②The ring die is blocked, or only part of the die hole is discharged. Foreign matter enters the ring die, the ring die is out of round, the gap between the pressure roller and the pressure die is too tight, the pressure roller wears or the pressure roller bearing is damaged and cannot rotate, all of which will generate Intelligent pellet mill vibration (check or replace the ring die, adjust the pressure roller gap).
③The alignment of the coupling is unbalanced, there is a deviation between the left and the right, the intelligent pellet mill will vibrate, and the oil seal of the gear shaft is easily damaged (the coupling must be calibrated to the horizontal line).
④ The main shaft is not tightened, especially for D-type or E-type machines. If the main shaft is loose, the axial direction will move forward and backward, the pressure roller will swing obviously, the intelligent pellet mill will have a lot of noise and vibration, and it will be difficult to pelletize (need to tighten the disc spring at the end of the main shaft and round nut).
⑤ Large and small gears are worn, or a single gear is replaced, which will also generate a lot of noise (run-in time is required).
⑥ Uneven feeding at the outlet of the conditioner will cause large fluctuations in the working current of the Intelligent pellet mill (conditioner blades need to be adjusted).
⑦When using a new ring die, it is necessary to prepare a new pressure roller, and configure a certain proportion of sand chaff for grinding and polishing before use (prevent the use of inferior ring dies).
