Horizontal Grinder Features
1) Rotor rotational speed is adjustable based on various customers’ request to achieve different output size.
2) Durable chain feed conveyor is automatically controlled by frequency converter. The feeding speed can be adjusted automatically to avoid idle running and save energy.
3) The main motor starts with a soft starter, and the circuit has an overload protection device, which automatically cuts off the circuit when overloaded.
4) The feeding roller automatically adapts to the raw material’s size by forced feeding with hydraulic system and make the feeding more smoothly.
5) With the hydraulic system, it is easy and convenient to open the machine cover to check or replace the blade, screen etc.
Application
1). All kinds of wood, such as undersized log, slab, branches, batten, log core, building templates, wood pallets etc
2). All kinds of non-wood materials, such as straw, cotton rod, reed, etc.
