The pellet conveyor includes a machine base, a hopper and a feeding channel for storing particles on the machine base, a screw rod is installed in the machine base, the screw rod is connected with a driving mechanism, the thread start end of the screw rod is communicated with the hopper, and the thread end of the screw rod is connected to the hopper. It communicates with the feeding channel. The structure of the new pellet conveyor is reasonably designed. The conveyor adopts the screw to transport the particles, and the stepping motor is used as the driving mechanism of the screw. The operation is stable, and the conveying speed and time can be adjusted according to the actual demand. The screw can fully drive the particles every time, so that the particles fall into the feeding channel from the end of the screw, and the particles are fed into the barrel of the die-casting machine from the feeding channel through the feeding tube after the high-pressure gas is input from the blowing pipe, thereby greatly improving the conveying efficiency and flexibly adjusting the conveying speed. And control the conveying quantity of particles, provide sufficient lubricity for the mold cavity, improve the injection efficiency of the punch, reduce the demoulding time, and improve the quality of the die-casting product.
